Elite Group Information

13 Years & Over | 8-10 sessions/week
The Elite Group consists of athletes who have demonstrated a skill and commitment level commensurate with that needed to compete at the Provincial, National and International level.
These swimmers are expected to be dedicated, responsible, and dependable.
To be fully registered in this group, you must first meet with the Head Coach.

Workout Schedule

Monday	5:30-7:30am	4:00-6:00pm

Wednesday		4:00-6:00pm
Thursday	5:30-7:30am	4:00-5:30pm
Friday	5:30-7:30am	4:00-5:30pm
Saturday	5:30-10:00am
Sunday

This schedule includes all Dryland and Swim times.
Swimmers are given their individual training schedule in September. Check with Chuck.
Swimmers are asked to be on deck 15 minutes prior to the start time of each training session.
First workout: Wednesday, Sept 8, 2021 at 4:00pm
Swimmers in this groups should be prepared to participate in all scheduled meets and training camps
All 14 & Over swimmers must maintain a weight room membership with the DWTC at the Dorval Aquatic and Sports Center

Fee Structure

ANLSL Fee	$11.00	One-Time Fee
FNQ & SNC Fee	$114 or $134 (age)	One-Time Fee
Training Fees	$1710.00	9 equal payments ($190)
Non-Resident Fee	$50.00	One-Time Fee
Volunteer Fees	$200/Family	One-Time Fee (refundable)

$100 non-refundable pre-registration Fee to hold your spot is due on registration. This will be a credit on your account.
ANLSL, FNQ & SNC Fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable
Training Fees are due the 15th of each month September through May.
The Non-Resident and Volunteer fees are due September 15th.
Volunteer fees are refunded at the end of the year when duties are completed.
Competition costs are determined by host club and will be billed in advance.
Travel costs for any away competitions are not included.
FNQ value plus 3% PayPal fee.
FNQ fee based on age of the swimmer on Feb. 28, 2022
