JUNIOR ELITE Group Information
13 Years & Over | 8-10 sessions/week
The Junior Elite Group is comprised of athletes who have exhibited a high level of technical proficiency, work ethic, and commitment, aligning with the standards required to compete successfully at the Provincial level while stiving for National standards. These swimmers have consistently demonstrated the ability to train with focus and intensity, while also showing a deep understanding of the discipline and perseverance necessary for long-term development in the sport.
Athletes in this group are expected to embody the values of dedication, accountability, and reliability. They are committed to maintaining a high level of attendance, effort, and personal responsibility, both in their individual training and as contributing members of the team environment. Junior Elite swimmers take ownership of their progress and actively work toward achieving performance-based goals.
Enrollment in the Junior Elite Group is not automatic. New members must first participate in a meeting with both the Junior Elite Coach and the Head Coach. This meeting will ensure that the athlete is prepared to meet the expectations of the group and is aligned with the program`s competitive and developmental objectives.
